Help How to remove front suspension

Need help on how to get the front right suspension arm off

See the red metal plat under your thumb? Take it off, and the lower arm will come out.

2 screws hold it in, I think they also hold on the little front bumper.

jerry-rigged treed me

remove the two front 4m screws under the chassis.
They hold the front bumper from the bottom.

Other than the two screws that hold the sway bar end links to the a-arms everything slide off the front (lower hinge pins included) and you can swap out the arms
