My esc fan in my arrma senton 3s blx doesn't turn on when I turn my car on
So its just the fan that isnt coming on or the whole esc? Does the car still come to life and run?
Is the esc fan plugged in or become unplugged? Have you run this car at all?
This car fresh out of the box? Ive seen things unplugged right out of the box.

Unplug the esc fan and plug it back in is a simple quick test to start with. Make sure theres nothing inside blocking the blades from spinning.
You could also try and plug the esc fan up to a receiver port to check if the fan is good. ( make sure you don't leave it like that...plug it back into the esc when testing is done)

Everything is plugged In but I thin kit might be it only turns on when it gets hot and I just don't notice I can't see any thing blocking the blades I have ran it multiple times

Is that a thing that kit just spins when I need too?

Ah i see. Sounds like its working as intended then. Keep an eye on it and have your temp gun handy after you pour the onions to it.

If youre talking about the fan.....then ( and i always assumed ) that they ran all the time, but ive been told both ways though. The fans on all my rigs spin all the time.

Someone with more product experience than i would have to confirm that.

How hot is to hot

150° for the motor is still quite fine. I don’t like to see mine over the 180°’s, and the magnets don’t start to de-energize/de-pole until 200°+.
My goal is typically under 185°.

I don't worry about temp too much until I see it pushing 160°F. Even 170°F is typically fine, but I gear down if I see it that high. That being said, I maintain my rigs. If you get a bearing seizing up, or some grass wrapped around an axle or something on an RC that routinely runs at 160°F or so, things like bearing seize or organic matter in the drivetrain can put your temps into the danger zone rather quickly.

And a cheap infrared temp gun off Amazon works just fine for checking your RC's.

Make sure you check multiple places around your motor and ESC housing.
