Arrma RC's
  1. Fireteam
  2. Granite
So I'm really enjoying my Granite with my daughter, and would love to pick up a second vehicle so we can bash together. I'm not opposed to another Granite, but figured why not try something a little different. I'm trying to stay around 500 for an RTR so I can also snag a couple of batteries.

I'm eyeballing the Notorious/Kraton however I think the 6S might be too large for the places I have to mess around in. Would the 4s Outcast or Kraton be a good middle ground? I'm also not sure when Arrma typically releases new/refreshed models, but I'm willing to wait if that also makes sense. Is there something other than Arrma I should look at? /hides

Have a look at the Fireteam 6s , excellent handling rig , run on either 4s or 6s . KILLER sale right now at Horizon Hobby , reg $669 ..... $270 off ..... $399 !!!!!! I picked one up , Not to often you see that much off a rig !!
After all the positive reviews on here I picked one up yesterday myself. Already planning. Thinking it would look good on this chassi. 😁

4s outcast and kraton are nearly the same size as the 6s ones. If you're looking for a bigger vehicle, the fireteam at 400 is probably the best bang for your buck right now. There are plenty of options slighter smaller than the arrma 6s trucks and bigger than the arrma 1/10 scale. But nothing quite as good of a killer deal like the fireteam.

Limited space can make 6s rigs more challenging to enjoy without constantly feeling limited. I'm getting a Fireteam myself just because its such a killer deal and it has gotten great reviews, but I wouldn't have gotten it if I was going to be bashing in smaller spaces. Still not a bad option but I would suggest seeing if there are some larger spots to bash that you could get to so you can fully enjoy the power and size of it.
If there just aren't any larger places, I'd look at the Typhon 3s as its on sale for $239.

No point in buying twice!! Buy what you want and you'll be happy you did!? Just go with the 6s platform instead of debating.. you can thank us later!! 🤣
Well said !!!!

The Fireteam looks like it has a lot of steering , so might be good in smaller areas to run . Run on 4s .
