Just replaced my servo on my kraton 6s v5. Will this angle of the arm cause problems? My steerings seems somewhat weak. (Servo saver absorbing a lot of the torque)

I run one of my trucks like that with no problems..changing the 4 bushings in steering rack for bearingsmakes a night an day difference.if your servo is hi,-voltage.u can bump esc up to 7.4 volts on firma esc.fansmust also be 7.4 also

I thought with the firma 150 you can’t change the bec. Also yeah I’ve seen some people switch out the bushings for some bearings. Any suggestions with that? I might add some c clips to my servo saver to tighten it up.

I don’t own a firma150a but I thought I read somewhere they have adjustable 6v. 7.4v options.the bushings are 340067.2 at top an 2 on bottom.i got my bearings from fast eddys bearings kit.makes HUGE DIFFERENCE.heres my senton with hi-speed hobbystar servo on 7.4v

That is fast! Yeah I checked to look at the esc programming charge and it doesn’t show anything about changing the bec. The firms 160a does have a programmable bec tho.

Okay my mistake.i musta been looking at 160a.all 3 my rides are set up different. I think HOT RACING would align things right 4 u.the horn is raised up some.

Thats not right.first I'd remove horn off servo and then lift front of truck an manually move with fingers, make sure nothing is binding up

I use the hot racing setup on my savox after having the same arm alignment as you. It seemed to work fine but I changed it for my own sanity. Also, couldn’t agree more with replacing the bushings to some fast eddys bearings and make sure you grab one of the x-hard servo saver springs. MASSIVE difference with that combo of parts!

if everything is free an smooth id guess your servo saver is jacked up.it would all have to be taken apart all these screws and 2 on bottom.

I’m gonna go ahead and order this servo arm and linkage I truly think that’s the problem right now because mine is so high up. Thanks for the helpful pictures!

Mine is high up and I have no issues. I'll post a pic in a few minutes. Wait to place your order imo

The thing is with my stock servo everything worked just fine up until my actual servo broke. My kraton is only about 2 weeks old.

I bet your servo saver is eating up all of your steering power. Do the wheels turn well if you lift up the truck off the ground?

I replaced every V4 (and up) servo saver hub on my cars with the V3 adjustable hub. Big wheeled trucks also got EXB Extra Hard springs. made a big difference in responsiveness.

Yes
Looks good I just ordered this: Hot Racing Aluminum Fixed Link Steering with 25t Servo Arm, HRAAON48SH25 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072YJ6L4C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_5QXRJWVJT7WKJBT10VBR

Hopefully this will fix my problems because stock servo was fine up until it died after about 2 days of running it. The servo horn that came with my new servo doesn’t allow me to mount it underneath.

So at this point I don't see the hot racing arm link helping your situation. Also definitely send HH an email. Include that video, this thread link, name, receipt etc.
Also check all the steering rack screws etc.
