By the looks of it that's you rear upper front suspension mount, and yes by the looks of it it's busted. grab the top a arm and wiggle it if you can see the hinge pin screw move or if the top a arm moves around it's toaste.

Listen to Yas he knows his stuff. I got the gpm one and it fit perfect and hasn't broke yet.

You have to take the hinge pins out and the top plate off. It's a bit of a pain, which is why when mine broke on my outcast, I replaced it with an alloy one. Think I got a voltage hobbies one a year or two ago when they were still cranking out parts.
