Arrma RC's
  1. Outcast 6s
Picked up my first arrma 3 weeks ago and did a mild build. So heres the loot so far: Rpm arms, rpm skids, wing mount all painted with aluminum plastic paint. Hot racing, servo mount, hubs, carriers, steering saver. Roll bar, wing and bumper matched in aluminum paint. Fast eddy bearings, rebuilt diffs spiral cut Savox 1212sg servo running hv, mamba monster x 2200kv combo mounted using rpm erevo esc mount and as of tonight practicalproto jackscrew motor mount. Thoughts? ponderings? Planning on using the castle 1717 whenever it comes out so I can use the trenchers without over heating

Well done, you had me fooled with those arms for a second. Looks just like aluminum.

Thank you they have held up way better then I could of hoped for. Bottoms of the rear arms are kinda chipped but gravel is rough on stuff. Vht high temp plastic paint. Used orange pastidip on the side boards to kind of blend them in and its holding up well also.

Good to know, it's cool how much the look can change with just some paint. Plasti dip and I have never gotten along, it's never worked well for me on anything. Sounds like you did a really good job on it if it's holding up.

The key to all of it is scrubbing bubbles lol. Just went bigger on the motor any recommendations on gearing with the big trenchers on 6s?

Got the new practicalproto mount in, work of art I hate to bury in the chassis.

Killer build love it.

Thank you I'm having a blast with it. 20t was too much with the trenchers. Stupid power and speed but I got the motor hot yet again. I'm at 14.6 lbs with the trenchers on, I think they just weigh too much

Killer build. Love the custom color.... as for the tires, Lots of rubber touching surface as it spins. Literally throws the truck but heats it up quick. I’d bet a 16 would set you up good for those trenchers.
