Hey got i have a kraton v3 6s and when i turn it on it take 20 seconds for it to move. Any idea what that could be im new to this thanks.

You have a receiver with a build in gyro, can take up to 1 minute for it to register and start up. 20s is a good time but agreed it's annoying.
In short it's normal. No, disabling the gyro will not change the 'boot-up' time, tried that as well.
Switch to a non-gyro receiver if it's too annoying.
