Does anyone know of an aftermarket part to replace the bumper support in the attached image? This bracket is what the stock bumper screws to and keeps the hinge pins in place.

If not does anyone have a stock one they are not using? I can’t find one in stock.

I ran into the same issue on my truck, busted the front bumper after 2 packs. Search around and found that this has a small bumper and it’s currently in stock at TH. I used the small bumper that came in this pack and then upgraded to a TBR bumper so far so good. Here’s links to both.

Awesome thanks! I have the TBR front bumper now. I broke the stock bumper prior and it’s now letting the pin work it’s way out.

Thanks for the offer. I circled the second pic to help describe what I was talking about. The small bumper helps keep the pins in place. At least that what it looks like to me as one of mine worked it’s way out.

No problem! This little guy should help out tremendously and it fits like a glove with the aftermarket TBR front bumper.

In a pinch, a little bit of dremel time with a thin piece of aluminum or steel that you bend up would work too. It isn't like it has to do anything except keep the pins from working out. Especially if you have a TBR front bumper.

On my revos, I buy an aftermarket alloy skid for the same reason, then I cut a small piece of 3/16" steel to go on the skid, because the skid grinds down in 1 or 2 bash sessions at a skate park, then the end falls off and the hinge pins fall out. So, I basically make a skid for my skid out of something cheap that can take a lot of concrete grinding time that's easy to replace. I go through one steel skid about once every year or so.

Even with the TBR rear skid on my revo, I put a steel plate on it too because it was grinding down so fast.

You can see where the steel wore down a bit before I flattened it out and installed it on the TBR skid:
