Hey Leroy- The Amazon Link for Servo says it has the 25t armature included. (W/other accessories, too)

do I still need to order the second link “horn”(?) for the Kraton? Or just use the one inside the packaging With the linked Servo - Yes, I’m going to order ... just want to understand why get the other if there is one included.??

or could I use the armature (horn) off the old Servo??
Yes, the one included does not align with the Arrmas properly.

Final outcome: HorizonHobby sent a new ESC & New Servo. - No hassle after I thought it was ‘Just’ the Servo .... it seems as if the ESC was their decision and they were correct.

now my only issue (non issue) is I have to put the Transmitter steering on ‘reverse’ to make the steering in alignment with the left/right feature.

can a person program the Servo itself to be ‘reversed’ so the transmitting correlates with the whelk turn (in a world where all things align sensibly?)

and.... I did order the 35kg & HotRacing Horn.

The ADS-15m is not much better if you wanted a new servo could buy this https://www.amazon.com/ZOSKAY-Corel...&keywords=rc+car+servo&qid=1610999092&sr=8-11 you would then need to buy the 25t servo horn by arrma which is currently out of stock, so you can get this one instead https://www.hobbytown.com/hot-racin...rm-25tprotek-futaba-savox-hrashm25m01/p650321

Thank you for this!! I ordered an arrma servo horn but shipping is taking forever and its the last part I need to finish my first roller build. My local hobbytown has crap stock and that Hot racing servo arm you linked was one of the few they actually had in stock but I wasn't sure if it would be compatible with my typhon. Your post confirmed it for me and made my day 10x better. ;D

Sadly I tried the hot racing servo arm and the screw was rubbing against the servo housing. Was I supposed to do something else to get it to work correctly?

I read this thread earlier today and knew it would not fit, I tried many aftermarket 25 spline servo arms before. Arrma uses a unique high profile arm for clearance.
You can try and grind down the HR arm below where the screw goes through for more clearance. Place the nut on top with the button head at the bottom. Might just clear it enough. IDK. Try.
Good luck.

In another thread you linked to one that actually worked perfectly for me. I was just trying to find one that the hobby store had in stock at the time because the one you linked was taking too long to be shipped haha. I'm just salty because I ended up with a servo horn thats basically useless to me and at first I forgot about it but now I'm building another roller and need a horn and remembered I bought this damn hot racing one that never ended up working QQ

I actually found a much cheaper alternative than the arrma one and it apparently works great according to reviews.

Half the arrma price for 2 of them!

Are you in the States?
Where I am?
I placed one in the cart. Accepted it as in stock. So I think HH has them now.
If in the States order it.

Yea I am. I think you totally misunderstood me though. I already have that servo horn. I ordered it when you originally confirmed it would work. I was just being super impatient and didn't want to wait the week for delivery so I thought I'd find one that worked at the LHS and just have a spare whenever my talion exb servo dies. I just bought used typhon 6s v5 roller from classified section earlier today so with that on the way I was on the hunt for another servo horn but I didn't want to spend 20$ for the arrma one again even though it has been working perfectly in my typhon TLR.

Maaan I've been in the hobby for less than a month and I some how manage to get 4 arrma cars already. Got a Talion exb and a typhon TLR for myself and got a typhon 3s and building a typhon 6s truggy for my gf haha. SO MUCH MONEY! we're so lucky to have moved right next to a track though. I felt like it was a sign that I should finally jump in after saying I wanted to for the last 2 decades.

ps, thanks for all your help and insight. I'm very new here but I've read a lot of your posts across the forums. Even read the whole typhon TLR thread lol.

Ok I got ya. Have it. I also got the TLRT sitting here. All sensored HW stuff . I too need an arm. I know I have an arm floating around and just cant find it. TLRT is sitting here waiting for the servo arm I also have to solder on the motor leads and ESC leads. Usng a HW XR8 Plus, but setup for 4s. I wish I had a track near me. None around any longer. I started this hobby racing. Never would have gotten into it probably if not for a Sanctioned offroad track.
Was Many years ago. Now its still in my blood 17 rigs later. Still kept the now vintage ones. Shelf queens now.
Let me know what you think of the TRT Typhon. Not many have them or there is no talk much about them. It is like a sleeper that Arrma released in the middle of the night and it just appeared. And there are plenty to go around. Which is rare with many releases. Wasn't hyped at all.
Enjoy.
