I have gotten some ridiculously high data log the temperature is from the castle ESC’s. There is no way they were as high as what the data log showed. I’m talking 500°, LOL

Sounds like the esc doesn't detect 7s then. You could still run 7s with the esc, just turn off the lvc and run an external lipo alarm.
