Hot racing spur gear 57T with what pinion steel gear 18T

So I install hot racing spur gear 57T and I order a steel 18T gear but I was trying it out with out install it and mesh is big gap…does any body what gear will fit perfect since I’m going steel spur gear on my vorteks and about to on my son typhon too..thank you

Any mod 0.8 pinion gear up to 26t should fit perfectly. Just adjust the mesh correctly and you'll be good to go. Also, make sure the shaft size is right.

Yea you bought the wrong pinion, mod1 is for the 6s line.

WRONG PINION!!!!! You bought a Mod 1 pinion. You need a Mod 0.8 pinion.
