How did you cook your Xmas bird?

Did the standard oven cook this year. Did a brine soak prior, stuffed the cavity with apple, lemon and onion. Made an herb butter for a coating with fresh chopped herbs and garlic. About to carve these beast!

Last year did 8lb prime rib roast. Few years back smoked a turkey for about 12 hours on the green egg.

Looks good Brother. My wife and I have been vegan for over 2yrs so a totally different way of cooking now.

But I still put a bird and turkey legs on the Trager pellet grill for me girls, so it came out about the same as you. They enjoyed it!
