So I replaced my spur gear with a steel spur gear and since I'm not sure I've set my clutch right. I've tried it super tight and just tight enough to hold the clutch by hand but not really seeing a difference... it might just be that I don't know what I should be seeing or hearing. Do you guys know a sure fire way to tell if your clutch is set right?

Also, I noticed my esc will cut off when I take a tumble and am wondering if it's an improperly set clutch because the battery has plenty of power left, the electronics aren't getting super hot and when I cycle the power it functions fine. Only seems to cut off power to the motor if it has a hard roll or even sometimes when I try to drift...it started doing this after I went to a 14t pinion which I was under the impression would make it "easier" on the electronics...
