How often do you Change Diff oils ? 2s cars two time year, 4s cars 4times year? 6s cars 6times?

Right now i Change 2 times year in my 2s cars
3s cars 3times year

4s and 6s cars must be changed more often i think?

Offcourse there is more to count in, like how much you drive, how you drive, where you drive, bla bla bla HAHA.

Anyway,, if you just don't Bash, you also BLAST
i think you must change 6s cars diffoil atleast 4 times year maybe?
iF you Blast your S6 car almost daily you need do this maybe 6times year ?

Better safe than sorry?
Always good oils is better ?
This save motor and esc lifetime also?
Then offcourse diffs and the drivetrain stays good long time maybe?

It really depends on how much you use the RC vehicle and also if drives to your liking or not. I tend to change the diff fluids fairly often until I get the car to drive the way I like it.

I change mine when I need to replace the bearings or when a ring/pinion dies. Otherwise, I don't mess with diffs.LOL!

At least once a yr, but I do it as part of a complete overhaul cleaning... I mean rc auto show specs, shocks, diffs, ready for the new yr. Every now and then I find a bent shock shaft, bad bearing, cracked housing.

My rigs don't see the winter weather...... so during the cold season here in Canada, I give my Arrmas a full cleaning and service, including a diff oil change.

How are Arrma Cars Diff oil change VS Traxxas Slash , work time and skills needed?

Slash is so easy i never even read manuals.
First time was quick and easy do it with slash

Haven't had a slash, but I do have 3 revos, eJato and stampede 4x4 vxl. Diff service on the arrma's isn't too bad. Can just pull the front/rear diffs by removing the diff cap and maybe the bumper and pulling it out. I run aftermarket bumpers/skids, so can't recall what stock was like. On the 2019 versions, the center diff can be pulled without removing the entire center block. The diff brace top comes off.

My rear diff just died. Pretty sure something inside the cup went out. So it seems, 5 months of 4S and 3 months of 6S is too long to go between inspections.

I just ordered 3 of the arrma alloy diff cases/cups. Figured if I have to tear into them, may as well build them as tough as I can.
