How to make the brakes work more gooder

I just got this Arrma kraton v4 6s. I have been working on it slowly and trying to fix some stuff but one thing I noticed after running the car into me is that the brakes suck. I put the braking up to the max on the esc but they still don’t work. How can I make it brake better.

Is your throttle rate set to max on your transmitter? I'd try that or recalibrate your end points.

Center diff needs attention. Keep rear wheels on the ground and drag it holding front wheels from moving. If the rear wheels move easily or w little restriction then ur center diff needs fluid.
Then hold rear wheels in ur hands and drag or push the front wheels in the ground. They rotate easily. Diffs need attention.

I had the same problem on my 3S Typhon. Reset the endpoints. It's in the manual. Worked for me.
