How to post a photo to my Youtube community posts

Was wondering how I get a picture added to my community comments for my channel like shown below. Seems I can write comments but don't see any option to add a photo? I get plenty of photos from others posts but can't figure out how to add to mine. Is this something that requires a premium subscription from YouTube to do or am I just an idiot and can't figure it out Appreciate any and all help!!
