If you look at both ends of the metal rod, and you can still see threads, you'll be fine. They have to be tight so they don't loosen up while operating.Thank you so much for taking the time to be specific. Mine feel really tight like it might snap the plastic turnbuckles if I apply much more pressure I guess I need to go buy a new set to have as a spare and just turn till something breaks loose or adjusts ?
Slight toe in would help you steer better in corners. No more than 1 degree or so. And yes, you'll just have to eye it.
So the out of the box goofly looking toe is what works best?
By eye, would you say this is enough?Depends on how goofy it is. I like mine just slightly toed out.
Nice!Old shade tree mechanic way.... make sure your truck is on the ground, power it up and turn wheels left/right then center. Tape strings at the wheel centers

That works well, as long as you don't have a lot of slop in your suspension/steering. I guess if you have a lot of slop... toe angle is the least of your worries.
