Typhon I’m calling this my Arrma Stealth

Hi guys. I had some Typhon parts and started building. I wanted something like a smaller Infraction. This is what I came up with. I love Arrma but I got tired of the red metal parts and decided to go silver and black. Looking at the final result, it’s just basically a Typhon with a Notorious body. Still need to cut the fenders but just wanted to share. (Mamba Monster X 6s, 4092 1650kv, 50/25t pinion, Highest DT750 servo, DYI cap pack.)

Looks good. What shock standoffs are those? Is it just a long screw with spacers?

No jumping for this rig. Stripped the red with sand paper. That was time consuming because I did it by hand. The shocks I got from rc4wd for like 25$. Good quality too. Can’t tell the difference from stock Arrma shocks.

20 million? Do they sell diff oil at that high viscosity? 20 million for front center and rear? I’m using the LSD diffs off my EXB. 10k 500k 20k. Also does the Max8 hold up with 4050 2100kv? Wow. Thought you’d need at least a Max6.

Traxxas makes it.max8 handles it fine.believe it or not I've ran tp5660 1460kv with max8 w/o problems..

Not sure about the lsd..mine had 3.3 typhon diffs
I've tried tp4030-2070kv, tp4040-2100kv, tp4050-2300kv,rocket 4092 1650kv, arrma 2050kv,3670-2850kv with mmx6s esc. The tp4040-2100kv ran the best ,,most power,ripple,ran coolest.

Do you have a link to those shocks? Without a doubt, a legit build

Sent my silver parts to get anodized black including the shock bodies on my talion. Swapped to basherqueen where i could, anodized crcu hinge pin blocks, and also sent a lightened m2c chassis to get anodized as well.

I'm being lazy on my big and little infraction and leaving the red, but did order some jbi wheel nuts and had them anodized black for a big and little flat black bodied truck. Made some lockheed martin skunk works logos on stickeryou and will put them on so it'll be semi sr-71ish hahahaha
