So I ordered these body skids off eBay. What is the best way to install? Ream out the holes and just screw em on or should a reinforcement back piece be made up and used?
Many thanks!!

Are those tpu? Or hard plastic? (Pla, abs, asa, petg)

Best thing would be shanked tpu nuts to prevent the body from ripping at the screws.. I'm surprised they didn't come with them..

Yep just add holes where you want to install and I'd suggest like a washer to help with reinforcement on the inside of the body.
Thanks man!! If I don’t have one of those uni-tool body reamer…what else can be used?

They are pretty hard, think they would crack if bent more then .5 inch. Pretty sure they are a 3D print someone did then sold on ebay.
Do you have a picture or a link of the shanked nuts? I’m thinking they are maybe like the ones I used as a kid with installing skateboard rails…

I just used a drill when I did mine, just made sure it was a hair smaller than the screws so they still had bite on the body👍
So a drill doesn’t tear it up (like I maybe thought). Sweet, I have one of those 🤪
