Ordered 3 wl 989s the other day for the wife and kids, and me. Figure it'll be good RC fun for the "winter" months. I'm going to build a track in my basement, now that my wife has finally cleaned the crap out. I'm thinking im going to use 1" wire loom and run 1/4 steel rod or whatever diameter I determine to to be stiff enough and easily bent to shape thru it. I don't want to anchor anything into the concrete, but figure good Velcro will do the trick and be easy to change around. Looks like about $50 for 100LF of loom. Researched other options but this is where I'm at right now. Have 20'x20' area to work with. Anyone with a better/cheaper/easier idea let me know!

I don't have any pictures to share at the moment. Cars should be here in a few days and I ended up going with some 3/4 air hose, because it was free. Might fill it with water for weight. Sand would just be a PITA thru a funnel unless I mixed it with water to turn it into flowable fill.

@jkflow Did some electrical work in the basement and worked on the track.
