Currently I'm running the XLX2 AND 1100KV motor from hobbywing (the smaller one than the Castle one). I was thinking about fitting the XLX2 where the battery tray goes on the right and keeping the motor on the left? Or fitting the XLX2 between the battery tray and the reciever box on the right? I saw a picture where someone fir it? I'll do a screen shot.
Yeah I don't want to do the GT route. I'm barely starting to do speed runs. So far my PB has been 90mph with the Felony XLX2 and 1100kv motor 5687 HW motor, with a 34t pinion I believe
That’s what I’m doing on this 1721 build. I want to run the open wheel body for now.
So there are two types of center braces. I guess the one with the holes for the XLX2 is better (the one with the XLX2 graphics in the middle) :
Someone here was using the xlx2 center brace and it does have some plusses and minusses. I couldn't find who it was though. Maybe @Edough13

Right now my Felony has an XLX2 and 1100kv motor installed. I wonder if that body can fit an XLX2 on top since that's how it is installed. I know that the stock body does. Man, so I guess the limitless is definitely easier and better for super fast speed runs with little issues huh?

Yes, or something simular. If you wanna go all in, there are also options to replace the whole chassis by carbon
That's the C8, i thought you asked if it would fit. Which i think is a close call. Luckily the XLX2 doesn't need much cooling
The felony with it's wheelsize/diff configuration is not ideal for extreme speeds. (wear makes them run out of sync/unpredictable)Now with the GT body situation, it looks like it's easier to make my Felony a GT

Amain sells this GT body. I still like the corvette boy better but they said that you have to put Felony tires and rear Felony diff. I'm trying to get away from the that
