I put new bearings in the hubs and everything feels smooth. I put the back wheels on and still smooth. I put a front wheel on and it binds up. wheel is hard to turn, both sides ,just front. i can put the wheel on and turn it and it is fine ,buy when i tighten the nut its hard to turn.. Im lost

Check your A arms. They may need to be adjusted out further. I had the same issue with my Kraton after changing from old warped RPM to stock it pushed the driveshafts in to tight causing it to bind steering and tires rolling smooth. So try loosening the pillow balls out and see if it helps at all

Make sure the driveshaft is seated in the outdrive cup properly ... some pictures would help too

I had the 2 red hub screws( the ones that tighten up to the ball joints) backwards . I turned them around and everything is smooth. thanks for the replies
