Intermittent Receiver Box Problems

Bought a new Typhon 3s and it worked fine. I tried switching radios and receivers from my Traxxas Slash 4x4 VXL and then ARRMA started losing the signal at like 30 yards -- it would suddenly switch directions or lose speed and I lost control. So put everything back the way it came it now it sometimes seems to work but mostly it still seems to lose contact with my radio. Any ideas of what could be wrong? And now it seems my Traxxas is also losing control so whatever problem I have with the ARRMA Typhon might also be the same problem with my Slash 4x4.

Dumb question but you reset all your set points for throttle and steering?

Yes I did that. But doesn't seem to me that would cause it to lose the signal?

All kinds of wacky stuff happens when endpoints aren’t set right.

I think I forgot to run the antenna up the tube. That seems to have fixed it.
