Is pillowball suspension allround good?

Is pillowball suspension allround good?
And is active rear camber good?
(On a 1/8 scale buggy)

It's not as strong as a typical c-hub type suspension on the rear. But, usually, where a C-hub type (or pin on bottom/ball on top) would break, a pillow ball will just pull through and can be fixed in the field. If the carrier doesn't break. But, they have a higher tendency of pulling through than a non-pillow ball type carrier does to break.
