Is the Arrma Fury really 1/10 scale?

So today I matched up my dad's tamiya (i think) subaru wrx kit that says it is 1/10 scale, but they are 2 different sizes! Picture:

Yup, it's 1/10th scale.

Short course trucks should probably be classified as 1/8th scale but they are built on 1/10th scale parts.

Very simple the reason they are different in size is because the 1/10 didn't have a sct so they took 1/8 scale buggy a so came the sct series! I have a perfect example 1/8 turned to a 1/10 sct by doing a couple of mod's from gas to elec.
