Nsdrc Support here, We're sorry to hear you've had trouble reaching us! We did in fact already send you a brand new servo and a prepaid return label to send the defective unit back. We have also emailed you with this information, maybe it went to your spam folder? We will send the email again with tracking, it is expected to be delivered Thursday.
We have multiple points of contact including our email, a contact form on our website, as well as FB and IG messenger. The only thing we don't have is a phone number. We have been known for extremely fast and great customer support, this is absolutely not a proper representation of our support. If for some reason you are not getting a timely response from one contact source, you have others available to reach us. Please make sure to check your spam folders, many business that send any sort of advertising emails are often automatically sent to spam or promotional folders.
Again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience of the communication issue we are having. Rest assured, we have already sent the replacement and return label as discussed.
