Growing up in Kentucky this Guy was a legend .... Popcorn Sutton was The Godfather of Moonshine... Johnny Boone was the leader of the Cornbread mafia and The Godfather of marijuana . Johnny was just released from federal prison. Here’s a little history lesson of Johnny Boone for those that have never heard of him.

I've heard of the Cornbread mafia and really don't know much about them. My father-in-law has a book about them and I need to grab it and read it. The bits and pieces he's told me about them sounds very interesting.

Funny that I don't recall hearing about him, quite an intriguing story. I do know that Kentucky and even Tennessee was/is big in the domestic pot industry.
