Just opened up my package from you 3 minutes ago, was just taking pics to show off your work!!! Everything looks awesome, very nice quality pieces!!! 1 question tho, does it matter which side of the splitter faces up/down? Either way, I can't wait to put it on w/ my shiny new scorched titanium screws! Will absolutely work with you again, lemme know when those rx box risers are ready!!

There's no difference which side you have facing up. It's personal preference.

But, if you ask me.. I'd like to keep the shiny side up. So if I needed to use double-sided tape (or Velcro) to mount the winglets , they'll have a smoother surface to stick to.

Are those Winglets flexible/strong enough for me to drill thru them & attach them w/ nuts & bolts?

The base of the winglets should be able to handle your drilling and mounting.
The winglets may not take any Real bashing/speed runs.. especially if they come in contact with a curb / pebbles / obstacles.
Honestly, these winglets are meant for "showroom"/shelf queen usage.
