Kraton Just installed 160v spectrum esc and no reverse and brake

Ok I have tried and tried to calibrate this esc and no break or reverse but I also have a avc receiver

Sometimes reversing the throttle channel on your radio works.

Spektrum motors spinning opposite of blx. Switch two wires around. Should be good to go

Sounds like you need to reprogram the esc. There are usually 3 options. Forward: forward/reverse: and forward/reverse/brake.
