Correct, that is a 3s spur and uses 0.8 mod pinion.

Do you mean the pinion off the 1/8th scale vehicles or the pinion bore size? If the 1/8th scale pinions no as mentioned they are mod 1. Robinson Racing makes 32p/mod 0.8 pinions with a 1/8th bore.
