well it's your cars and money but what I'd do is I'd get an XLX2 and a 1721 or TP and put it into the V2 and leave the V1 alone. The majority of the V2 benefits can only be realized with better (bigger) electronics.

If you run a MMX8s and 1650 in the V2, it's almost like you have the worst possible combination. Smaller electronics and smaller battery trays.
