K8s to O8s conversion

Just got my second K8s and thinking of converting it to an O8s. So I’m compiling a list of what is needed. Probably be placing an order to jennys for most of the parts. Just wondering if I’m missing anything. So far I have on my list
Chassis
Center dogbones
Tower to tower braces
Front shock tower
Front shocks
Front bumper
Side guards
Wing and wheelie bar
Body
Body posts

Is there anything else Im missing?
On a side note I know its a long shot but if anyone has a O8s they want to convert to a K8s I would love to work something out
