Kraton 4s composite cvd doesn't fit ?

Kraton 4s blx. Did I order the wrong parts? Missing parts? There's no way to bolt up the wheels. See pic below/attached.

Arrma part number 310891. Cvd wheel axle for kraton 4s according to their website.

It appears you need a few extra parts as the cvds stub axles are different than the stock ones. You need this https://www.arrma-rc.com/part/ARA310988 and the wheel pins, but I can't seem to find them. This comes with the everything https://www.arrma-rc.com/part/ARA310893
