You can try with a screw extractor like this one below:

There is also a technique that consist of drilling the screw but you need to be careful, you can see it by following this link, but I don't think it will help you because of where the screw is.

yea, but half the screw is schipped off, i already have one of those kits, doesn't work

Ah that’s an easy one. See how the remaining part of the screw looks like a D shape? (Half circle) take a small flathead screwdriver, put it on the flat side of the half circle, and hammer it counter clockwise (basically in a loosening motion) it’ll slowly come out if you’re good with physics.

I get this case a lot in automotive repair.

Depening on the shape of the cracking on the shaft may be able jam a flat head in?
