Kraton Kraton 6S Body Options

Finding myself short on bodies for the Kraton 6S. I like the styling of the stock body but they are pricey for what they are (seem kind of thin?).

Found this one for $34 but I am not a huge fan of the style, anyone else know of a 1/8th body that fits well and is pretty reasonable?

Yea I checked them out, around $55 after you add in the shipping. Just figure I would see if there was anything you guys found that you really liked as well. I can grab a couple of those J-concepts bodies and see what I can do with them. Never actually ran a clear body before..

This paint scheme doesn't look too bad!

I have a Finnisher body for my K6. Plenty thick.

Pro Line still has the Silverado Body available. They used to have a Dodge Ram body, but it's been discontinued. I'm running the Ram body from Pro-Line on my K6 and so far it's been pretty tough. Other options include the JConcepts finisher body as others have mentioned.

The Traxxas Summit body fits. The eBay slash VW bug bodies can be made to fit. Hpi Savage X bodies should fit.

I fell in love with this body from JConcepts after seeing someone on YouTube using it. It's definitely not designed for this scale, but it fits well and is cheap enough to eat up and not feel bad. I've been through three so far. I'm certain that the center tower can be cut in half to preserve the body for longer but I just opt to run without and and avoid too many upsidedown landings. Happy hunting

I really like function over form or function over looks for that matter.
I’ve bought two Basherbodies……one for the K6 and another for a Talion. They may last me a lifetime. They aren’t cheap. They really can’t be painted bit if stickers are your thing, these bodies are great.

With some trimming in the back a Notorious and Outcast bodies will fit. If you swap out the Kraton internal roll cage for a Notorious hoop the body roll cage will line up properly.

Awesome man! Yes, it's alot thicker. Cut it close then 180 grit sandpaper to finish.

I have a pair of these, curved lexan scissors, & a plain pair of HD scissors. I found these & the HD scissors work the best.

Yeah that body is great. The bug body is great for beginners because it usually can roll and right itself. They still have all the cool ones on Amazon and ebay like the revo raptor body. Hummer. Escalade. Old school trucks. I run finnishers because shipped they are 38 bucks
