Kraton Kraton 6S noisy?

So as mentioned I grabbed a 6S Kraton about a month ago.
The other day someone asked why is that thing so noisy?
I said, "it was like that out of the box...."
So now I guess I need to ask...
The noise I hear (without video..sorry) is like a growling gear noise (thats the best I got)
It was like that out of the box so I didnt think much of it and not being too experienced
in RC Trucks I thought it was normal.??
To gauge the noise level, my 3S Granite purrs next to the Kraton when it comes
to this gear lash noise.
The noise has always been the same, never increasing or decreasing.
Need be I can video this noise if its something to be concerned about.
If it is a concern then Im going to approach the Hobby Shop I grabbed it from.
Thoughts? Is it a normal thing?

To add onto @Overpowerrc the Arrma 6s line has an all metal drivetrain. Most vehicles have a plastic spur or something that is plastic in the drivetrain that quiets them down and creates a dedicated, cheap and easy to replace, fail point if something should bind. That is a lot of the reason that these are louder than other brands cars too.

Gotcha, makes sense with the Granite then I suppose. Thanks at least its a good thing

Yeah took a little getting used to on our part, the Kraton is louder than our old Savage. On the Savage everything was metal EXCEPT the spur gear, and I think thats where the Savage kept quiet while the Kraton is "rough" sounding.

I too noticed the Kraton likes to be noisy. I like to call it the Kraton's scream!
