I'm just a few days into unboxing an EXB 8s with the same Castle combo.

That motor has an 8mm shaft so that pinion gear won't work.

I'm at a loss to find the correct pinion gear...

I am asking same….looking to build this winter…..K 8S. EXB….HW max 5 1100 kv…..

Unfortunately didn’t realize they wouldn’t work together so I’m still using the b link to get it tuned the way I like then I will put on the telemetry.
