The only issues I’ve found with the bug body is it doesn’t fit well in the front, which requires it flex inward. The first big bump resulted in a crack across the hood. I’m making a second version and extending the body posts to retain the molded bend of the hood. Also, based on the body trim, the rear holes tear easy. You can see the flex here. The stickers are just RC bondo

I filed down those outer tabs on the stock front shock Tower and it fits perfect. I know when I'm done with this bug body I'm going to get an aluminum front shock Tower anyways along with a different body so I didn't think it was a big deal.

Update on the bug body. This is after seven runs and only two crashes. didn't hold up very well looks like I'm going to go with the indestructible body next.

I found this lfr body to be extremely strong

Since it was compiled before the 4s was released, these applications specifically for 6s. With that said, some of them may fit however they have not been tested. Some of these bodies were designed for 1/10 scale, so chances are good.

Jconcepts has a "finnisher" body specifically for the kraton. Search jconcepts kraton finnisher with two "n"s on eBay. Here's my kraton. I like it way better than the stock body. Cage fits under it perfectly. Far more durable so far. Pictures taken when it was first painted but only has one small crack after 10-12 packs and that was from a roof landing on gravel.

Just finished fitting up my Kraton with a Leadfinger Racing Losi/TLR 8ight body, it fits like a finger in a rectum.
The cage won't fit with this body, I wanted to remove it as I'm running this for racing.

You will need proline body posts. Installed in the top hole on the shock tower.

I was able to get the body to fit over the shock towers(front & back) and keep the wing. I did have to remove the lower aero part to fit around the bed and notch the part the tailgate by the wing mount. And the internal roll cage fits with no modification. The side debris guards are from the notorious because they are the same height front to back.

2014 Chevy Silverado with the ass chopped off. Seems to be one of the most popular lids for Kraton.... I've also seen someone do a Ford Raptor.

Also, I use Gorilla Tape inside of the body so its lot more durable and will hold up a lot longer!

I just picked up the a new #Finnisher for my #v3 #Kraton BLX 6s rig!
Then ones I get it, I will be sending it to a friend of mind that specializes in painting RC bodies!
For my colors that I have choose which is black and red on my body and some add some sort of stripe down the side.

Just got in my #Finnisher body for my #v3 #KRATON from #JConcepts. I am going to custom paint the body with some sort of Blue & Silver Metallic colors. I will be using my dermal & a Hobby Knife so I can get these clean cuts.. This will be my 1st body that I have done so any recommendations, would be greatly appercaited it???
