Hello sirs!

I looked through the Kraton upgrades sticky and for me most the links are dead (or parts changed).

Anyone have any suggestions for servos that seem like the upgrade was worth the money? Maybe one medium priced (if possible).

Also… not familiar with the glitch buster… that something I should buy? Saw it mentioned in the sticky. Is a BEC needed for an upgraded servo? Sorry for the questions first time upgrading the Kraton. Had it for over a year now and it’s ridiculous the amount of fun I’ve had with it.

Is it a BLX or an EXB?
If it's a BLX an EXB V2 bellcrank would make the biggest difference. My current favorite servo is Reefs 500 Raw, I have them on all my 6s trucks now. If your Kraton is only a year old it should have a 7.4V BEC, you should be good.

You can still throw a glitch buster on your receiver. They’re really cheap (under $10.00) and can help eliminate brownouts from an amp hungry servo. It solved that issue in my old NOTO with a BLX185 and a ProModeler DS635BLHV. That servo is awesome, just make sure to order the 15t horn of his if you choose to get one.
The Reefs mentioned above is good too, but I love that ProModeler servo. It’s fast as hell, even on 7.4v, and plenty strong.

How would the exb bell crank make a difference with stock kraton servo?

The stock servo saver is so soft and spongy it doesn't matter how nice your servo is till you deal with the servo saver. The servo saver would be where I would start, then the servo.

The servo horn is here

Also, the HD X-Hard servo spring is here, you don’t need to replace the whole bellcrank:

And grab one (or two) of these, as they’ll help eliminate ESC brownouts with higher amp servos.

The EXB v2 saver made a big difference on my BR 6S.

I'm a huge fan of Savox 2210 servo, but glitch buster is necessary to run it if not a whole external BEC. If you wanna go cheap 9imod makes a 35kg and 45kg brushless servo that are half the price of the savox, just be sure you get the brushless one. I had great success with Hot Racing Servo Saver or Sharegoo servo saver on amazon.
