Kraton shock service woes...?

Did a rebuild on my shocks yesterday, fitted Tekno ends, balls, platforms and boots..??? the reason I put Tekno boots on is because the Arrma ones were split in multiple places and the Tekno were cheaper..?

The front rebuild went perfectly well, but then the Arrma factory workers strike again..!!

Just look at the state of these end caps..? I ended up destroying the caps on both rear shocks trying to get them off because they had gone crazy with the red loctite..!!!

Luckily where I bought my Kraton from have heard my cry and are sending me some replacements..???

I don't understand why they insist on using so much flipping red thread lock for one and why the hell did they put it on the damn shocks?

Really? All 4 of mine were caked in red loctite.

I recently got one... I don't know how I've been in the hobby for 20 years and never bought one of those things. They really do make replacing rod ends a lot easier.
