My servo will turn but my wheels won’t! I am very confused, because I took apart the whole steering area and saw NOTHING broken. WATCH THE VIDEO TO SEE IN WHAT IS HAPPENING IN DEPTH.
 
Sounds like your servo saver needs to be tightened, they tend to loosen as you drive.
If it’s a v4 you may have another issue as they appear to be not adjustable.

That's what I was getting to, just wanted to make sure it wasn't a V4 and that he could actually tighten it up.
 
Do i just tighten that part of the servo saver

That's it. There's a hole in the bottom of the chassis to get to it too. Just to make sure, I'm looking at your picture and there is nothing connected to the servo saver to make it turn. The servo should be attached to that arm with the hole in it.
