That's the servo saver nut that needs to be adjusted. The video shows you how to do it from the bottom of the chassis. You'll want it to sit about 5 to 7 mm off the chassis when done. It's easier to follow if you take the side guard off. To help prevent this happening in the future, put some red loctite above the nut, right before you start adjusting. Once in place. it should hold up better in the future.

Sounds like your servo saver needs to be tightened, they tend to loosen as you drive.

If it’s a v4 you may have another issue as they appear to be not adjustable.

Now that I look at it, what I said may seem a little a#%hole-ish. It was not meant to be.

Make sure your pillow balls aren't too tight.
