I recently acquired a new V3. Same problem after a few laps on the track.
Pillow ball unthreading/pulling out has occurred with all revisions. No, Arrma never addressed that in my opinion. I say the problem lies with the arm plastics and the threads of the pillow balls are much too coarse. This combination is a recipe for this issue.
I've seen the problem using RPM upper and lower front arms. The coarse threading may be the major culprit. The arms need to be fiber embedded and more rigid to hold onto the coarse PB threads.

The threads on the pillow balls are not machined with sharp threads well. Ad the fact that the PB is chrome plated over the threading makes for a non secure slippery attatchment. Just my observations comparing to other brand PB's.
