Kraton V-1 or V-2

Just bought a Kraton and am wondering if I bought a V-1 or a V-2 ?
How do you tell ?
By the type of ESC in it ?

Yes. 185 is V2
My V2 is model 106015

The easiest way I believe is that the motor and esc will be red the V1. The newer V2 will be black.

What got me wondering is that it doesn't have the wheelie bars/rollers.
Is this something that came on them or something that was added ?
I am completely new to RC so I'm sure some of my questions are, well you know lol

The Kraton does not come with the wheelie bar. It can be added though. The wheelie bar from the Outcast should work on the Kraton, not 100% sure though as I haven't added it to mine but I'm 95% sure. There aren't any dumb questions when you are trying to learn. The members on this forum are really helpful and won't make you feel dumb or make fun of you for asking anything.

I do have one more question?
Is there a way to adjust the steering response ?
It is just sensitive, barley turn knob an it cuts all the way.
Or am I just being to heavy handed on it?

The steering dual ratio / end points.....set to max should give you more play

You adjust on your transmitter...the st d/r knob on transmitter

I think I was just being heavy handed, took it out today an got a little better, learned not to turn knob like a steering wheel just make small blips letting go of knob in between to straighten out wheels.
I'm learning cars faster than my reaction time sometimes lol

I thought it did too until it arrived. But I have learned (on this forum!) that the Outcast one fits. All seem to be on back order though until late April....
