I installed the V3/4 battery tray this evening, and it fits great. You have the option of running it in the rear or front position, because the hole grouping is identical at each end. The only difference is the distance between the front and rear grouping. I installed it in the front position. Installation required drilling 4 new holes at the rear. Two for the locating pins, and two for the mounting screws. The mounting screws need a 90 degree counter sink to sit flush with the bottom of the chassis. The new battery tray is nice. It has clips for the cables and balance harness. My only issue now is my speed control wires don't reach the battery packs, because I used to run my pack with wires facing forward. If you want to run it in the rear position, you will need to drill and counter sink one more hole for the forward most receiver box screw.
