Kraton Kraton vs Jeep Tire

Actually clipped my Jeep Grand Cherokee wheel with the Kraton. About half throttle - wheel just hit the Jeep tire and Kraton and Kraton wheel parted ways. The shock rod broke but everything else was ok. Popped back in the ball shock to the steering block. Both steering arms popped back in. And after ordering new rods - I realized I just got new big rock shocks for my Nero... so I took two of the Nero shocks and put em on. They are nice and stout which will help with the slap down move when I'm jumping. So nice to fix a problem and get right back out there.will provably replace rear shocks tonight.

So a broken shock rod is the only damage done? That's pretty darn impressive, most of the time RC's don't always fare to well.

How right u are Woodie. Need to stop driving in inappropriate places. Could've been much worse. The Nero shocks are pretty stout. Will change over the rears. This will really give it more landing confidence - those big Goliath wheels really help too. Lands with such a nice THWUMP....
