Leakage found while unboxing Mojave- advise needed

Yesturday i picked up my first rc car ???
..yeah.. we slept on the sofa together..??

So- no oil marks in the box.
But there is an oil spot next to the center diff. ??????

Whats next?

?? Its my first car- be gentle...??

Is it sticky like diff fluid or more solid. I’ve seen the loctite make a mess like that on assembly. They fill each hole up and put it together, wipe away the excess and over time, before it hardens up it spills out on the chassis. Either way it doesn’t look bad to me, I’d run it.

I’d run it. Some residual diff oil there. That’s nothing.
these things get in a plane then on a boat they have come a long way

So i will wipe it off, run it and follow...
Im attending to diff the shims but i still haven't got the parts yet.

The diffs are already shimmed one the current models.

Also the diff outer side?..
I thought i do have to do the outside one..

I didn’t shim my V4 Typhon at all

Sometime when you have the difs out you can add a shim to push it a little closer to the input.
