My old neighbor. He was a cool old man. He had horses that pulled him around the neighborhood in a sled or wagon?. He plowed fields and cut hay with them. Well, this is my 10th photo. It's a poor boy from HiHo in my town which is labeled as a bbq sandwich but very much not true bbq. I've been eating HiHo my entire life and here it's an iconic spot for natives of my small town specifically. It's shaved pork loin (beef also available) with HiHo sauce which is slightly acidic, somewhat thin, a little tomato product, mostly meat juices slightly thickened with starch. I like it like a standard poor boy with mayo, lettuce, tomato and pickle. Usually I get the ones on a bun but decided to get the poor boy this time. It's $8 and HiHo orders are always easily divisable by .25 and they don't charge tax tax is already in the posted price of their menu items. Most folks get a Barq's root beer or a can of Busch beer to accompany their sandwiches.
It more resembles Mexican tortas ahogadas ("drowned" sandwiches.)

but as requested, here is my 10th pic in my album, which was yesterday.. lol.. 66 chevy with a 348 6 pack we have been restoring.. almost finished...✌ well hell, may as well add the 9th picture of the 348 just cause ...?
