Put a TINY dab of colored liquid/gel (nail polish, grease, NOT loctite) on top the body posts, then line the body up, then set it gently on top the body posts and pick back up. Drill on the spots left on the bottom of the body

It comes clear, so I always deal with making holes before painting.
