Decided to buy vinyl wrap to try and eliminate the defect in the hood while trying to fix the factory bulge on it. Insyead of trowing it out i decided to paint little did j know there was micro cracks all around the hood.. ruining the painjob entirely there was also burn marks you know the stuff a candle leaves. I tried hiding it with a a stripe of tape before.

It shows how a mistake or a defect can lead you to discover something and turn it into something great. It became my worst paintjob into one of the best in a few mins

This is so NICE! Something I want to do but how do you cut the lines or trace around the hood and make clean cuts?

My lines were not so clean i used a hobby knife to cut
Should have used this for the rig of the month. Oh well unless i can change it but i don't think thats allowed if its a different truck/body
